According to Statista, in 2021, there were 170 universities in Nigeria, with a growing number of students pursuing higher education. • In 2019, 22.7 million children were enrolled in public elementary schools across Nigeria, with another 5.4 million attending private schools.

• However, in 2022, only 5.39% of Nigeria’s budget was allocated to education, a significant drop from 10.79% in 2015, according to Vanguard Media. This just highlights how important it is for us to continue advocating for better support in education.
